Oyy from the United Club at LAX! Where we’re finally using wifi because the last three planes we went on didn’t have it. And different from United’s internet connection, we actually have to work. Now that we’ve gotten that off our chests - and had a few free Rum & Coke’s – let’s talk about how travel is about to be absolutely bonkers this week. Rates are ridiculous, airports will be overcrowded and anxiety-inducing, and don’t even get us started about the Battle of the Baggage Claims. Ordering an Uber? Surge Pricing stays on til well after Black Friday. 📈

From talking to friends (and prospective Hinge dates), we’re seeing a trend in people not heading home for Thanksgiving, but saving their money and a whole lot of stress, and thinking about where they actually want to go - not where they have to.
